APEXEL is the brand serious mobile photographers reach for first. Their clip-on lenses turn an ordinary phone into a macro, wide-angle, or telephoto camera, and the optics are a clear step above the cheap lenses you find in supermarket bins.

What makes APEXEL different

Most budget phone lenses use single-element plastic optics that distort badly at the edges. APEXEL uses multi-element coated glass. The result is sharper images, less colour fringing, and far less of the blurry-corner effect that ruins cheap-lens shots.

The APEXEL macro range

The macro lenses are the most popular. The 100mm macro lets you fill the frame with a single flower, an insect, a circuit board, or a jewellery hallmark. The HD macro models add a built-in LED ring light to remove shadow at close range. Macro photographers and jewellers buy these on repeat.

Wide angle and fisheye

APEXEL wide-angle lenses fit landscapes, group shots, and interiors into the frame without you stepping back. The fisheye models give the curved, action-sports look. Both clip on in seconds and remove just as fast.

Telephoto and zoom

The APEXEL 18x and 36x optical zoom lenses bring distant subjects close without the quality loss of digital zoom. Birdwatchers, sports parents, and concert-goers use them with the included phone clamp and tripod for steady long shots.

Filters and pro kits

APEXEL also makes CPL polarising filters that cut glare off glass and water, star filters for sparkle effects, and complete multi-lens kits that bundle macro, wide, and fisheye in one case. The kits are the best value if you want to try several lens types.

Fitting an APEXEL lens

Most APEXEL lenses use a spring clip that centres over your phone camera. Pro models include a screw-mount phone case for a rock-solid hold. Check your phone's camera position before buying, since multi-camera phones need the clip aligned to the correct lens.
